Ice fountain

Nothing feels as good after a sauna session as the tingling refreshment from an ice fountain. It is precisely the sudden meeting of warmed skin and ice that slowly melts that creates the typical sauna feeling. Our ice fountain is a real highlight in our wellness area and, in addition to the ice experience, is also a beautiful eye-catcher.

Experience showers

Our experience showers offer different shower variants that, on the one hand, massage the skin and, on the other hand, offer a beautiful experience. Different water temperatures, fog or rain effects make our showers a unique experience. A changing play of light and optional scenting convey a beautiful sensory impression.

Original Kneipp pool

The ingenious working principle behind treading water, discovered by Sebastian Kneipp: The cold stimulus on the feet and legs causes the so-called capillaries, extremely thin blood vessels, to contract. This contraction promotes blood flow or circulation. This stimulates circulation and metabolism, among other things.

In order to fully enjoy your sauna visit, it is important to follow a few basic rules that will help you get the most out of your sauna session.

Here are some detailed tips for beginners and advanced users:

Start with a refreshing shower: Before entering the sauna, take a moment to thoroughly shower your body with soap. In this way you remove sweat and dirt from your skin and prepare your body optimally for the sauna session.

Dry yourself well: After showering, it is important that you dry yourself thoroughly. Dry skin sweats faster and more intensively, giving you a pleasant sauna experience.

Get used to the heat slowly: If you are a beginner or going to the sauna for the first time, start with lower temperatures. Sit in the sauna and gradually let your body get used to the heat before choosing higher temperature settings. This allows your body to adapt and you to enjoy the sauna experience to the fullest.

Don't forget to cool down regularly: After every sauna session, it is important to cool down your body to stimulate circulation and refresh your body. You can take a cold shower, cool off in our ice fountain or take a cold Kneipp foot bath. This helps to invigorate the body and optimize the sauna experience.

Make sure you drink plenty of fluids: When you go to the sauna, your body loses a lot of fluids through sweating. Therefore, it is important that you drink enough water or other hydrating drinks to replenish fluid loss.

Treat yourself and your body to a break: After going to the sauna, we recommend taking a break so that your heart rate drops again and your body regains its strength. Our relaxation areas invite you to dream and relax.
